Mrs Wasteal is a graduate in Economics, Political Science and Statistics.
She worked for some years as Office Manager for the Indian Church Trustees, a holding body for all former Anglican properties. Later she worked as PA to Director in Duncan’s Tea Export Company.
After marriage, Mrs Wasteal went with her husband to work in a theological college in Dar es Salaam, where she looked after the finances and also taught English at the college.
Mrs Wasteal also has a TEFL qualification and taught English in a language school in Malvern in the 90’s. She went back to Tanzania with her husband who was Bishop of a diocese there in the year 2000. She worked as Internal Auditor of the diocese.
They returned to the UK in 2006 and Mrs Wasteal taught English at a language school in Torquay. She has now retired and lives with her husband in Hereford, England.
